24x7 Support
The Maestro Subscription includes 24x7 support as standard. Support topics include open source bugs, Maestro bugs, basic usage questions, and best practices advice for things like project automation, orchestration, and DevOps. Support is provided on a 24x7 basis, and includes escalating SLAs for issue severity levels 1-4. Our Support team is comprised of only product engineers, so we start working on your issue from the first conversation.
Maintenance
The Subscription service includes use of the software, as well as maintenance and upgrades. As an agile development organization, we continuously release product enhancements. Maintenance and upgrades can be scheduled to match your enterprise project plans and maintenance windows. We understand enterprise environments, and will tailor a maintenance/upgrade process for your organization.
Installation and Project Onboarding
Your Subscription includes dedicated assistance for installation and setup, as well as initial configuration and project onboarding.
