Subscription to Maestro 3
The following items are included in a Maestro 3 Subscription:
Subscription
Maestro 3 subscription is charged on a per-user basis, with banded pricing that reflects how our customers evaluate the product, initiate first projects, and scale to enterprise levels over time. Banded pricing allows us to lower the unit price as volumes increase, and includes the benefit of not having to count users during the Term of the subscription.
Support
Subscription includes Support for Maven, Repository, Continuous Integration, Selenium, Sonar, the Maestro functionality layer, and MaestroCloud. Support topics include open source bugs, Maestro bugs, basic usage questions, and best practices advice. Support is provided on a 24x7 basis, and includes escalating SLAs for issue severity levels 1-4. Our Support team is comprised of only product engineers, so we start working on your issue from the first conversation!
Maintenance
The Subscription service includes use of the software, as well as maintenance and upgrades.
Installation and Onboarding
Your Subscription includes dedicated assistance for installation and setup, as well as initial configuration and project onboarding.
